How does volume pricing work?
1 unit is list price. 2–4 units on one order take 5% off automatically. 5 or more units — call fleet sales or send a fleet quote request and we price the order as a package, including freight consolidation and staggered ship dates if you need them.
Ask about Net-30 for approved business accounts. Send your company details and a trade reference through the contact page; most reviews take 2–3 business days. Until approved, orders ship on card, ACH or wire.
Yes. Freight is free to any ground-level address in the 48 contiguous states, job sites included, with liftgate and curbside drop. Standard transit is 12–25 business days; express is a flat $480 for 5–15 business days. Give us a site contact and gate hours at checkout.
Equipment bought and placed in service for business use may be Section 179 eligible — ask your CPA. We provide itemized invoices with serial numbers and in-service dates on request.
Standard LTL freight from the nearest of our six warehouses (Atlanta, Houston, Indianapolis, Salt Lake City, Harrisburg, Fresno), liftgate service, and a carrier call-ahead. Inspect and note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves; report it within 24 hours and we handle repair or replacement.
Every machine ships with a 1-year parts-and-labor warranty against manufacturing defects, extendable before the first year ends. Fleet orders can add extended coverage across all units in one contract — email contact@yardandliftsupply.com.
